Für jede neue Produktion wechselt er die Besetzung und komponiert Musik, die speziell für das jeweilige line up konzipiert wird.\u003cbr\u003e\nDie erste Veröffentlichung widmete sich der Improvisation und Komposition\u003cbr\u003e\nim Kontext von Rock Musik, Neue Musik und Groove – aufgeführt und eingespielt von Frank Gratkowski, Kalle Kalima und Trevor Dunn, mit elektrischer Gitarre \/ Bass und Sampler.\u003cbr\u003e\nFür das neue\/zweite Album war die Idee, eine moderne Form des ‚Jazz aus den 60’ern‘ zu kreieren und dies mit einem komplett akustischen line up zu präsentieren. Das Ergebnis ist eine elektrifizierende, intensive Mischung aus\u003cbr\u003e\nMusik, die sich von Rubato über Solos und kollektiven Improvisationen,\u003cbr\u003e\nentlang komplexer Kompositionen und Improvs über verrückte Formen\u003cbr\u003e\nbewegt.\u003cbr\u003e\nANATOMY OF ANARCHY unterstreicht die Art und Weise wie Evans, Mahall, Landfermann und Steidle zusammen musizieren, Bögen und musikalische Ideen formen, Kompositionen dekonstruieren, Spannungen, Farben, Illusionen und vielschichtige Rhythmen entwickeln und dies, in einem zugleich harmonischen wie auch miteinander konkurrierenden Zusammenspiel. Durch ihre musikalisch vielschichtigen Möglichkeiten, entstehen Bilder voll von Dynamik, Spannungen und verschiedenen Atmosphären. Allesamt Meister ihres Fachs und international anerkannt für ihren Einfluss auf den modernen Jazz.\u003cbr\u003e\nEN\u003cbr\u003e\nOLIWOOD is a project by Berlin drummer\/composer Oli Steidle. For each production he puts together a different line up, which performs and records music, specially written for the actual band setting.
